A dignified reception and dinner were hosted in the holy city of Makkah, Saudi Arabia, in honor of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leaders Tariq Anwar Siyal and Asad Kharal, who arrived to perform Umrah.

A dignified reception and dinner were hosted in the holy city of Makkah, Saudi Arabia, in honor of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leaders Tariq Anwar Siyal and Asad Kharal, who arrived to perform Umrah.
According to details, the event was organized by prominent social figure Qurban Brohi Mengal and his son Nebras Qurban. A large number of overseas Pakistanis, particularly members of the Sindhi community residing in Makkah, Jeddah, and Taif, attended the gathering.
Among the distinguished guests were businessman Haji Saami, Sardar Abdul Sattar Bazijo, Maki Jatoi, Abdullah Jatoi, Bashir Makol, Asif Abro, Haji Nazeer Kaleri, Siraj Chandio, Owais Makol, Ali Elahi Bakhsh Ghulamari, Ibrahim Branzi, Mahmood Shahi, Abdul Hameed Mardoi, Adnan Branzi, and several other notable personalities.
Addressing the gathering, Tariq Anwar Siyal said that the Sindhi nation is recognized worldwide for its traditions of hospitality, love, and tolerance. He added that the warmth affection, and sincerity shown by the Sindhi community living abroad made them feel as if they were back in their homeland.
Host Qurban Brohi Mengal congratulated Tariq Anwar Siyal and Asad Kharal on performing Umrah and said that their visit was a matter of great honor and happiness for the community.
PPP leader Asad Kharal also addressed the audience, stating that the love, respect, and hospitality extended by the Sindhi community in Makkah were unforgettable. He remarked that being among them made him feel as though he was in his homeland of Sindh.
During the ceremony the guests were presented with traditional Sindhi Ajraks and turbans as symbols of Sindhi culture. Bouquets were presented, and flower petals were showered on the guests as part of a warm welcome.
Later, a lavish dinner was served in honor of the attendees. Restaurant owner Asif Abro presented bouquets to the guests, while Maki Jatoi and members of his community welcomed the distinguished visitors with a flower petal shower. The event concluded in a warm and cordial atmosphere.
