The Chairman expressed sincere gratitude for the Governor’s kind gesture and shared insights into HANDS’ impactful journey, reaching 6–7 million beneficiaries across 60–70 districts. The Governor appreciated HANDS’ remarkable contributions and paid tribute to its founder, Prof. A. Gaffar Billoo, for his lifelong dedication to serving communities across Pakistan.
