“Sydney Test Day 2: England Post 384, Australia 166/2 at Close”

On the second day of the Sydney Test, England posted 384 runs in their first innings, thanks to Joe Root’s brilliant 160. Besides Root, Harry Brook contributed 84 runs, while captain Ben Stokes was dismissed for 0 by M. Starc.

Australia’s innings continued, ending Day 2 at 166/2. Travis Head remained not out on 91, and Marnus Labuschagne scored 48 before being dismissed. Michael Neser picked up 4 wickets, and both Australian wickets so far were claimed by Ben Stokes.
