The court is hearing a petition filed by advocate Tariq Mansoor, who argues that no action has been taken since the law was enacted in 2014. He emphasizes that providing a clean and healthy environment is a fundamental right of every citizen and urges the authorities to fully implement the law. The court has directed the formation of an Anti-Property Defacement Force as per the law and has sought responses from the parties involved by February 10
