Cold Weather Forecast Across Pakistan
On Sunday, cold weather is expected to prevail across most parts of the country, with partly cloudy skies in many areas. Nighttime conditions in mountainous regions are likely to remain extremely cold. However, during the evening and night, light rain is expected at a few places in Gilgit-Baltistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and northwestern Balochistan, along with light snowfall over the hills. Meanwhile, smog and fog are likely to persist during nighttime in Punjab, upper Sindh, and the plain areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
On Monday, cold weather will continue across most regions, with partly cloudy conditions. Morning and nighttime temperatures in hilly areas are expected to remain very cold. Light rain and light snowfall over mountainous areas are likely at a few places in Gilgit-Baltistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and northwestern Balochistan. Fog and smog are expected during the morning and night hours in Punjab, upper Sindh, and the plains of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with dense fog likely at isolated locations.
