Jude Bellingham gave England an early advantage with two goals in the 36th and 38th minutes, while Harry Kane converted a penalty in the 60th minute. Mexico fought back through Julián Quiñones, who scored in the 42nd minute, and Raúl Jiménez, who added a penalty in the 69th minute.
