Sukkur IBA University and SGA&CD Sign Agreement for Sindh e-DAFTAR System

Sukkur IBA University, in collaboration with the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department (SGA&CD), Government of Sindh, held an agreement signing ceremony for the implementation of the Sindh e-DAFTAR system.

The initiative marks a major step toward modernizing internal government processes by shifting from traditional paper-based file movement to a fully digital, secure, and transparent workflow. With real-time file tracking, digital signatures, device-bound security, and decentralized document storage, the e-DAFTAR system ensures accuracy, traceability, and efficiency at every stage.
The collaboration aims to strengthen rule-based, data-driven governance across departments while improving public service delivery, reducing paper usage, and supporting cost-effective operations.
