Pakistan has finalised its 17-member Test squad for the upcoming tours of the West Indies and England, with the official squad announcement expected in the coming days.

According to media reports, the selection committee has recommended several key changes to the squad. Fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi, spinner Nauman Ali, and pacer Hasan Ali are reportedly set to be left out of the squad.

Sources say the selectors are focusing on giving opportunities to young talent, with Ali Usman, Awais Zafar, and Ubaid Shah expected to receive their maiden call-ups to the national Test team.

Meanwhile, the inclusion of wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan and middle-order batter Saud Shakeel will depend on their fitness. A final decision on their selection will be made after they receive medical clearance.
