NCRC Pakistan and Partners Launch Research Report and Policy Roadmap to Tackle Child Marriage Drivers

A collective step forward to #EndChildMarriage in Pakistan.
The National Commission on the Rights of Child – NCRC Pakistan, in collaboration with UNICEF, the University of Oxford and Child Frontiers, launched a new research report and policy roadmap to address the religious, socio-cultural, economic and legal drivers of child marriage in Pakistan.
The event brought together representatives from UN agencies, the Council of Islamic Ideology, civil society, law enforcement and child protection institutions, highlighting the importance of coordinated action to protect children’s rights.
