Eternal Imprints – An Exhibition on Rock Art, Climate, and Cultural Memory
Ancient Indus rock art becomes a living archive of climate, water, memory, and shared ecology in this collaborative, research-driven immersive artwork. Bringing together artists, scientists, engineers, and historians to explore the links between climate, heritage, and movement across generations.
The exhibition emerges from over a decade of research led by Dr. Murtaza Taj, Associate Professor at LUMS, and Dr. Jason Neelis, Scholar at Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada which led to the curation of this the exhibition by artist Faisal Anwar.
On view from February 1 to March 28, 2026, at The Barracks Art Museum, Lahore.
