A delegation of 20 officers from the 45th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC), NIPA Karachi, visited BISP Headquarters for field research and an in-depth briefing on the Benazir Income Support Programme.
Secretary BISP, Mr. Amer Ali Ahmad, briefed the officers on landmark social protection reforms, cashless payment mechanisms, and BISP’s flagship initiatives, including Benazir Kafaalat, Taleemi Wazaif, Nashonuma, NSER, as well as emerging programmes such as Benazir Hunarmand and Social Protection Wallets.
The visit concluded with an interactive Q&A session, acknowledging BISP’s transformative role in strengthening social protection nationwide, followed by the presentation of a commemorative shield to Secretary BISP on behalf of NIPA and a vote of thanks.
