A passionate cricket enthusiast, Vaqas75, has put forward a comprehensive proposal to revamp Pakistan’s domestic cricket structure. The suggestions include abolishing departmental cricket, reducing the number of teams from 18 to 12 city-based teams, and renaming domestic tournaments after cricket legends.

Vaqas75 recommends the following regions for the 12 teams:
1. Karachi (Karachi)
2. Hyderabad (Upper Sindh)
3. Sukkur (Lower Sindh)
4. Quetta (Balochistan)
5. Peshawar (Peshawar, Malakand)
6. Abbottabad (Hazara)
7. Federal (Islamabad, AJK, GB, FATA)
8. Lahore (Central Punjab)
9. Faisalabad
10. Multan (South Punjab)
11. Sialkot
12. Rawalpindi (Pothohar)

The proposed tournament names are:
– 4-Day Tournament: Hanif Muhammad Trophy
– One-Day Tournament: Imran Khan Trophy
– T20 Tournament: Wasim Akram Trophy
