MPA & Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Sindh for Minority Affairs, Dr. Sham Sunder Advani, attended the 7th Convocation of Indus Medical College as the Hon. Guest.
Upon his arrival at the venue, Chief Executive Officer and Chancellor Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Memon, Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Feroz Memon, Dr. Jan Muhammad Memon along with senior officials of the institution, warmly welcomed Dr. Sham Sunder Advani.

The convocation ceremony was attended by Members of the Sindh Assembly Syed Aijaz Hussain Shah Bukhari, Khurram Karim Soomro, Vice Chancellor of LUMHS Jamshoro Professor Dr. Ikramuddin Ujan, senior faculty members of Indus Medical College, prominent medical professionals, parents, and graduating students.
During the ceremony, Dr. Sham Sunder Advani and other distinguished guests conferred degrees upon the graduating students and extended heartfelt congratulations along with best wishes for their bright and successful future.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Sham Sunder Advani congratulated the administration, faculty, and students of Indus Medical College, with special appreciation for those who earned medals for outstanding academic performance.
He stated that the graduates had not only received degrees but had also been entrusted with a significant responsibility. As medical professionals, they are expected to provide quality healthcare while serving humanity with compassion, integrity, and professionalism.
Dr. Advani also acknowledged the efforts of the Pakistan Peoples Party leadership, the Chief Minister of Sindh, and Provincial Minister for Health Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho, emphasizing that the Sindh Government is implementing landmark reforms in the healthcare sector. He cited the NICVD as a prime example of excellence, recognized both nationally and internationally.
He remarked that Indus Medical College is producing not only qualified doctors but also true servants of humanity. Expressing his sentiments, Dr. Sham Sunder Advani said that it was a matter of pride and honor for him to be present among the graduates on such a prestigious occasion.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Indus Medical College presented an honorary shield to Dr. Sham Sunder Advani in recognition of his distinguished participation.
