Usman Khawaja Announces Retirement from Test Cricket

Australian star batter Usman Khawaja has announced his retirement from Test cricket. He will hang up his boots after the final Ashes Test, which will be played in Sydney.

The Sydney Test, starting on January 4, will be the last Test match of Khawaja’s career. Over the course of his Test journey, he featured in 87 Test matches, scoring 6,206 runs, including 28 half-centuries and 16 centuries.

Khawaja’s retirement will mark the end of a distinguished Test career for Australia.
