The group stage of HBL PSL Season 11 has concluded, and the tournament has now moved into the crucial playoff phase. Several major and high-profile franchises have been knocked out, making this season’s competition even more unpredictable.

Big teams such as Lahore and Karachi failed to secure a place in the playoffs, while Mohammad Rizwan’s Rawalpindi side exited after a disappointing campaign. Quetta Gladiators also could not manage to qualify.

Only four teams remain in contention for the title. The Qualifier will be played between Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United, while the Eliminator will feature Multan Sultans against Hyderabad Kings.

Peshawar Zalmi, despite losing their final league match, face concerns about losing momentum heading into the playoffs. However, their performance in the knockout stage will be decisive.

Hyderabad Kings, after a strong qualification run, are being viewed as a potential “dark horse” of the tournament, with fans believing they could go all the way to win the PSL.

Islamabad United stand out as the most successful side among the remaining teams, having already won three PSL titles and entering this stage as strong favorites once again.

Multan Sultans, on the other hand, showed a dip in form towards the end of the league stage, suffering defeats against both Islamabad and Hyderabad.

All eyes are now on the playoff matches to see which team rises to the occasion and secures a place in the final.
