Cold and Dry Weather Expected Across Most Parts of the Country, Dense Fog Likely in Plains

Cold and dry weather is expected to prevail across most parts of the country on Sunday and Monday, while very cold conditions are likely in the hilly areas.

However, partly cloudy weather is expected in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir, with chances of light rain or light snowfall at a few places during the evening or night. During this period, moderate to dense fog is likely to persist in the plains of Punjab, upper Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which may affect visibility.

On Sunday, cold and dry weather is expected in Islamabad and surrounding areas. On Monday, the weather in Islamabad and its suburbs is likely to remain cold with partly cloudy conditions.
