A meeting was chaired by Mr. Zahid Ali Abbasi, Secretary, School Education & Literacy Department (SELD), Government of Sindh, to review the progress and future plans of the Sindh Teacher Education Development Authority (STEDA).
The meeting was attended by Mr. Akbar Ali Brahmani, Special Secretary (Schools); Mr. Abdul Hanan Shaikh, Additional Secretary (GA/C); Sayed Rasool Bux Shah, Executive Director, STEDA, along with members of the STEDA team.
During the meeting, the STEDA team briefed the Chair on key initiatives, including the proposal for the Sindh Teacher Education & Development Policy (STEDP) and the roll-out plan for Phase-II of the Teaching License (Secondary Category).
Secretary SELD, expressed satisfaction with the progress and initiatives undertaken by STEDA and directed the Authority to expedite the finalization of all matters in accordance with the approved timelines.
