The ceremony 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐤𝐞𝐲𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐩𝐡, 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬.
