Department of Geography, University of Karachi organized an orientation and welcome party for the newly inducted students. It featured detailed presentations delivered by students’ advisors, Dr. Anila Kausar, Dr. Salman Zubair and the chairman Prof. Dr. Shamshad Akhtar. All the teachers of the Department of Geography; Prof. Dr. Sheeba Afsar, Dr. Imran Ahmed Khan, Dr. Yasmin Anis, Dr. Lubna Ghazal were present to support the student advisors and to welcome new comments.
Following the orientation, a welcome party was organized by the students of the Department of Geography, University of Karachi, under the banner of Team Geographers. Souvenirs were distributed by Team Geographers and Student Advisors.
