The Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University Sukkur (BNBWU), celebrated the New Year with enthusiasm and a renewed sense of purpose. Students marked the occasion by cutting a cake in a spirit of unity and optimism and pledged to begin the year 2026 with greater determination and commitment to bring positive change in their own lives through education, while also contributing meaningfully to the uplift of the community through inclusion and social cohesion.
On the occasion, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, worthy Vice Chancellor BNBWU, shared her message, stating:
“I am pleased to see our students welcoming the New Year with hope, unity, and a clear sense of purpose. The beginning of 2026 is not merely a change of date, but an opportunity to renew our commitment to learning, self-discipline, and service to society. Education is the most powerful tool for personal growth and social transformation, and I encourage our students to use it to create positive change in their own lives as well as in the wider community. Let this New Year inspire you to strengthen values of inclusion, social cohesion, and responsibility, and to move forward with confidence, determination, and integrity.”
The celebration reflected BNBWU’s vision of nurturing empowered, socially responsible, and value-driven graduates who are prepared to contribute positively to society.
