Steve Smith to Lead Australia in Melbourne Test as Cummins and Lyon Miss Out

Australia have announced their squad for the Melbourne Test. Pat Cummins will miss the match due to workload management, while Nathan Lyon has been ruled out because of an injury. Todd Murphy and Jhye Richardson have been added to the squad as their replacements.

Meanwhile, Steve Smith has made his return to the team and will also take over as captain.
The Melbourne Boxing Day Test will begin on Friday, 26 December.
