𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽!

The Department of Education successfully conducted a dynamic workshop on 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟳 𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 on 12th December, led by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 and 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝘂𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻. Teachers from both public and private sectors engaged in insightful discussions, reflective activities, and practical strategies to enhance their leadership skills in classrooms and institutions.
Before the workshop began, participants also received a comprehensive orientation on the 𝗕.𝗘𝗱, 𝗠𝗦 𝗘𝗟𝗠, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗵𝗗 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 offered at SZABIST University.
In her concluding remarks, the Head of the Education Department, Professor Dr. Najmonnisa Khan, emphasized that SZABIST University remains committed to strengthening teachers’ professional capacity, fostering leadership, and empowering the teaching community.
