Treaty Implementation Cell, Human Rights Department, Government of Sindh, organized a consultative meeting in collaboration with UNDP on the preparations for the implementation plan of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
The meeting focused on strengthening provincial mechanisms, ensuring gender-responsive implementation, and reinforcing Sindh’s commitment to international human rights obligations.
Adv. Rubina Brohi, Chairperson, Sindh Commission on the Status of Women, Government of Sindh, said:
