Sukkur IBA University proudly hosted TEDxSukkurIBA 2.0 , 24th November, bringing together 22 renowned speakers from across Pakistan who shared their inspiring stories and thought-provoking ideas. Following the global TEDx format, the event featured short, carefully curated talks designed to spark learning, inspiration, and meaningful conversations.
The event was inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Asif Ahmed Shaikh, Vice Chancellor, Sukkur IBA University, who appreciated the efforts behind this community-driven initiative and acknowledged Dr. Hassan Abbas, Patron – Media & Communication Society, for leading TEDx 2.0.
Prof. Dr. Syed Mir Muhammad Shah, Pro Vice Chancellor, Sukkur IBA University (Main Campus), also spoke at the event and reflected on the visionary life and legacy of Prof. Nisar Ahmed Siddiqui, the founding Vice Chancellor of SIBAU.
Aligned with TEDx’s spirit, the event brought diverse voices together, free from commercial or political agendas, creating a space for ideas worth spreading within our community.
