๐ Supportive Supervision Field Visits for the Measles & Rubella Campaign Across Pakistan! ๐
The Expanded Programme on Immunization is successfully carrying out the National Measles & Rubella Campaign from 17th to 29th November 2025 vaccinating all children aged 6 months to 5 years across Pakistan.
In the light of special directives of DG, FDI, to ensure quality service delivery and assist the efficient teams of front line health care workers, the Federal Directorate of Immunization (FDI) with strong support from global partners WHO, UNICEF, Gates Foundation, Polio Eradication Initiative and others are conducting extensive supportive supervision visits throughout the country.
From the far-flung valleys of Gilgit Baltistan to the remote districts of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, federal monitors are reaching every corner to observe vaccination activities, guide health teams, and strengthen implementation on the ground.
After each visit, teams are providing valuable feedback and recommendations to district health authorities to help improve coverage, enhance performance, and ensure that every eligible child receives the MR vaccine safely and on time.
