Patient-Centered Care and Quality Healthcare Services Are Our Top Priority: Prof. Tayyiba Wasim.

Principal of Allama Iqbal Medical College/Jinnah Hospital Prof. Tayyiba Wasim, accompanied by Medical Superintendent Prof. Hafiz Moeen ud Din, senior administrative officials, and nursing leadership, visited the Emergency Department and Outpatient Department (OPD) to review patient care facilities and the overall quality of healthcare services.

During the visit, the team inspected cleanliness standards, patient flow, the triage system, HMIS counters, patient waiting areas, and the efficiency of service delivery. Prof. Tayyiba Wasim emphasized the importance of a patient-centered approach and directed all concerned departments to ensure strict compliance with approved SOPs, maintain discipline in workflow, and further strengthen patient facilitation and care management.

She also instructed the administration to continue efforts for the timely resolution of operational issues, continuous quality improvement, and the provision of safe, efficient, and compassionate healthcare services for patients and their attendants. She reaffirmed Jinnah Hospital’s commitment to excellence in patient care and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
