Sukkur IBA University Syndicate Approves 2022-23 Audited Financials, Adopts HEC Journals Policy in 24th Meeting

Sukkur, April 28, 2026 — Sukkur IBA University held the 24th meeting of its Syndicate on Tuesday, chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Asif Ahmed Shaikh. All honorable members attended, including newly inducted members.

The Syndicate reviewed a comprehensive agenda covering academic, financial, and establishment matters and took several key decisions for the university’s growth.

In a major step toward financial transparency, the Syndicate approved the audited financial statements of Sukkur IBA University and its campuses for the financial year 2022–2023. The appointment of auditors for financial year 2024 was also approved.Additionally, the Syndicate endorsed the adoption of the recently amended HEC Journals and Publications Policy 2024 to align research standards with national guidelines.The meeting concluded with a reaffirmed commitment to academic excellence, institutional development, and good governance at Sukkur IBA University.
