SRSO Board Member Shireen Mustafa Narejo Leads Motivational Session on Enterprise Development in Hyderabad

Renowned intellectual, development expert and #SRSO Board member, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐣𝐨, conducted a motivational session on 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 with the SRSO team at the Regional Office Hyderabad (Jamshoro). The session was attended by the Regional General Manager (RGM) Hyderabad, District Managers, EDF and Social Mobilization teams from five districts; Thatta, Sanghar, Badin, Mirpurkhas, and Umerkot.
During the session, she discussed the current development scenario of Sindh, role of 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and #SRSO-EDF approach to reduce poverty, unemployment and empower communities. She elaborated on the importance of enterprise, highlighting the distinction between enterprise and traditional business models.
Dr. Shireen, also emphasized the critical role of women’s institutions in improving key social indicators such as health, children’s education, and overall poverty reduction in Sindh.
Furthermore, she stressed the importance of integrating various sectors such as Craft Enterprise Development, Education, and #PPRP community initiatives with social mobilization efforts, working collectively as one team under the #SRSO umbrella to achieve shared objectives.
