KU Inaugurates 4th International Conference on Information Science & Communication Technology (ICISCT’26)
The Department of Computer Science – UBIT, University of Karachi, in collaboration with Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology, IEEE and the Sindh Higher Education Commission, hosted the 4th International Conference on Information Science & Communication Technology (ICISCT’26). The conference focused on artificial intelligence, modern technology and global collaboration.
The event was held on April 15, 2026, at Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology.
At the inaugural ceremony, Prof. Dr. Atta-ur-Rahman, Former Federal Minister of Science and Technology, Former Chairman of the Higher Education Commission, Professor Emeritus at the University of Karachi, and Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Task Force on Science and Technology, delivered the keynote address.
