The #SRSO employees’ welfare trust meeting presided over by the CEO of #SRSO was held on Friday February 27, 2026, at the SRSO head office Sukkur .
The trust unanimously approved the following decisions as the trust is operating on a contribution of PKR 200 per month by each SRSO employee.
1- Raised funeral support from PKR 150,000 to 200,000 for the employee and from 50,000 to 100,000 for the family member of the employee.
For low-paid staff with a salary up to PKR 100,000, a monthly stipend for children studying in university increased from 5000 to 10,000 pm and will be allowed to students pursuing graduation through college side with 5000 pm effective from July 1, 2026.
Monthly grant to the family of the deceased employee of PKR 10,000 per month extended till 5 years from the current 3-year period .
All staff children performing excellence in Matric and Intermediate will be awarded 30,000 on achieving 85% or above and 20,000 reward on achieving 80% and 15,000 on achieving 75% and above
The meeting was attended by all trustee members representing Auxiliary, Professional, Mid Management and sr Management of #SRSO..
