𝐎𝐧𝐞-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐑𝐒𝐎 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦

A one-day training session on Effective Leadership for senior management was organized by the SRSO–Institute of Skill Management Development (#IMSD) at the SRSO Complex, Sukkur. The session was attended by 30 participants, including Regional General Managers, Senior Managers, Sector Heads, District Managers, and the CEO–#SRSO.
The training was facilitated by Dr. Waheed Ali Umrani, (Assistant Professor, Sultan Qaboos University, Oman) who delivered the session through plenary discussions and interactive activities.

The engaging approach helped participants develop a clear understanding of effective leadership and its critical role in leading organizations and teams toward achieving set goals.
At the conclusion of the session, the CEO–#SRSO Muhammad Dittal Kalhoro thanked Dr. Umrani for visiting SRSO and conducting the training in an effective and impactful manner. Certificates were distributed among all participants, and a memorial appreciation shield was presented to the trainer as a token of gratitude.
