Cold and Dry Weather to Persist Across Most Parts of the Country

On Monday, cold and dry weather is expected to prevail in most parts of the country, while very cold conditions are likely in mountainous areas. Partly cloudy weather is expected in upper regions, with chances of light rain and light snowfall in Gilgit-Baltistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and adjoining areas. Moderate to dense fog is likely to persist in plain areas of Punjab, upper Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

On Tuesday, cold and dry weather will continue across most regions, with very cold conditions in hilly areas. Moderate to dense fog is expected to remain in the plain areas of Punjab, upper Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Morning hours may witness fog at a few places in the Potohar region and Kashmir.

For Monday, Islamabad and surrounding areas are expected to experience cold weather with partly cloudy skies.
