📍 High-Level #KSrelief Mission Visits FDI 🤝

Today, a high-level delegation from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) accompanied with #UNICEF Reps visited the Federal Directorate of Immunization (FDI) and held a detailed meeting with Dr. Musa Khan, Director General, FDI.

The delegation comprised Mr. Abdullah Al-Baqami, Country Director #KSrelief Pakistan; Mr. Turad Al-Mejel, Advisor and Head of Engineering Department; Mr. Muhammad Yousaf Khan, Director Relief and Media; Mr. Noor Sahib, Assistant Relief Department; and Mr. Umer Saad, Assistant Relief Department.
During the meeting, the delegation briefed DG FDI on KSrelief and EPI joint initiatives, including the 24/7 Birth Dose initiative. Dr. Musa Khan highly appreciated KSrelief’s support and commended the impactful work being carried out to strengthen immunization services in Pakistan.
Both sides discussed areas of mutual interest and explored opportunities for continued and enhanced collaboration under the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI).
Following the meeting, the delegation visited the FDI’s 1166 Sehat Tahafuz Helpline and later toured the FDI warehouse, gaining insights into service delivery and vaccine logistics.
