The first meeting of the Institutional Quality Committee (IQC) at PUMHSW was successfully conducted under the chairmanship of Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Gulshan Ali Memon, with facilitation by the Director QEC.

The first meeting of the Institutional Quality Committee (IQC) at PUMHSW was successfully conducted under the chairmanship of Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Gulshan Ali Memon, with facilitation by the Director QEC. The session included an IQC Awareness Orientation, followed by the initiation of the Strategic Planning process for all departments and an informative session on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
A key decision was made that the Director QEC and the IQC Committee will jointly work to finalize KPIs for all Heads of Departments (HoDs), ensuring alignment with institutional goals. It was further agreed that the QEC office will actively involve students to strengthen the quality assurance processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the university.
