Mr. Zahid Ali Abbasi, Secretary School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, chaired an important meeting on the Sindh Early Learning Enhancement Through Classroom Transformation (SELECT) – Technical Mission. The discussion focused on aligning priority decisions, addressing implementation challenges, and ensuring the effective scaling of interventions aimed at improving early learning across Sindh.
Key emphasis was placed on sustaining long-term reforms, particularly the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) model for teachers. Representatives from RSU, Allied Agencies, the World Bank, STEDA, PITE and DCAR participated and reaffirmed their commitment to supporting improved education quality and classroom transformation in the province.
