Habib University hosted 𝗪𝗶𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠 𝗜𝗜𝗜 on 15th November welcoming young women from schools and colleges across Karachi for an exciting science competition. As a liberal arts and sciences institution committed to expanding access for women in STEM, Habib University continues to create purposeful platforms that encourage curiosity, confidence, and academic exploration.
Participants competed in two streams: Junior (O Level/SSC) and Senior (A Level/HSSC), and moved through four interactive rounds that tested creativity, teamwork, and scientific knowledge. From designing a ping pong ball course, to an energetic Kahoot quiz, to elimination rounds covering biology, chemistry, physics, math, and environmental science, and ending with a fast-paced Jeopardy-style finale, students were challenged at every level.
With remarkable talent on display throughout the day, a select few teams emerged victorious and took home the WiSTEM III trophies.
