The Role of Sindh Information Department in the Human Rights Awareness Campaign is Very Important – Agha Fakhar Hussain

Karachi – December 5 :
Director of Sindh Human Rights Department, Agha Fakhar Hussain has said that in today’s era of social media, the responsibilities and role of the Sindh Information Department have increased manifold, as it plays a key role in highlighting the positive activities of government departments and in building a bridge between the government and the public.

He expressed these views during a meeting with Deputy Director of Sindh Information Department, Moinuddin, regarding the events being organized by Sindh Human Rights Department in connection with International Human Rights Day.

He appreciated the role of Sindh Information Department in the Human Rights awareness campaign, stating that both Sindh Human Rights Department and Sindh Information Department are on the same page when it comes to promoting awareness about human rights across the province.

On this occasion, the Director of Human Rights Sindh presented a shield of appreciation to Deputy Director Moinuddin for effectively highlighting the department’s activities in the media.

Deputy Director Sindh Information Department, Moinuddin, also presented his book “Stories / Memories / Poetry and Diary” to Director Agha Fakhar Hussain.

It is worth mentioning that Moinuddin is the author of ten books, which include collections of poetry, autobiography, stories, and essays in both Urdu and English.
