Managing Director Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), Government of Sindh, Gahanwer Ali Laghari, chaired an important meeting with the Training and Assessment (T&A) Unit to review strategic preparations for the upcoming Cluster-Based Training (CBT) on Comprehensive Foundational Learning. The initiative aims to bridge teachers’ capacity gaps and strengthen foundational teaching practices across SEF-supported schools.
The training will focus on key components including establishing strong foundational learning systems, enhancing pedagogical approaches, improving assessment and tracking mechanisms, and promoting students’ holistic development.

The MD was accompanied by Director Programs & Planning Nisar Banbhan, Director T&U Dr Munnaza Danish, Deputy Director T&U Musarat Palijo, Assistant Director Assessment Unit Ghazanfar Dayo, Assistant Director Training Unit Sajad Ghaloi, along with their respective teams.
Mr. Laghari appreciated the efforts of the T&U team for successfully conducting Training of Trainers (😭) and the first phase of CBT in Thatta and Sujawal. He emphasized the importance of maintaining quality and consistency in the upcoming phases. The second phase of the Cluster-Based Training is expected to commence in the second week of December.
