ICC Releases Schedule for Men’s T20 World Cup 2026

The ICC has officially announced the schedule for the Men’s T20 World Cup, with the tournament set to begin on February 7, 2026.

Pakistan and India are scheduled to face each other on February 15 in Colombo, marking their first clash since the 2025 Asia Cup. The high-profile encounter will take place at the R. Premadasa Stadium.

India and Pakistan have been placed in the same group along with the USA, the Netherlands, and Namibia. India will open its campaign on February 7 in Mumbai against the USA, while its second match will be played on February 12 in New Delhi against Namibia.

During the group stage, three matches will be played daily. The World Cup, running from February 7 to March 8, will be co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka. Pakistan is scheduled to play all its matches in Colombo or Kandy.
