Fight for capture the office. AS ignored secretary order. Services dept silent. Employees of the department in difficult position. AS came office with armed guards and occupied the office .broken lock and beaten the staff for not following his instructions.

Fazal Hussain Avesi, Additional Secretary was recently surrendered from the Human Rights Department. Also, Secretary Human Rights sent a letter to your good office with a submission to send the corruption reference of Fazal Avesi to Anti-Corruption. Moreover, in a harassment enquiry, the Chair of the committee has recommended SGA&CD to transfer him from the Human Rights Department (Enclosed).

Despite all this no action is being taken by SGA&CD. SGA&CD has not even notified his surrender. As a result of this, he continues to come to the HRD office, gets anti dept. news published and misbehaves with officers disturbing human rights work which can potentially bring UN and EU level implications for the province of Sindh since government and especially human rights dept. has been working to create compliance on international human rights obligations.

This is therefore requested to take immediate action and get his surrender notified and save the department.
