Under the visionary leadership of the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Tehmina Nangraj, the Centre for Women Empowerment, Research & Trainings (CWERT) successfully organized another enriching session of the Research Club, aimed at promoting scholarly engagement and strengthening the research culture at the University.
The session featured an impressive research article presentation by students of the Department of Natural Sciences (BS Physics Program). The students demonstrated commendable clarity, confidence, and critical insight, reflecting the growing emphasis on quality research and academic excellence at Begum Nusrat Bhutto Women University.
The students presented a research paper titled “𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠.” The study holds significant academic and practical value, as it explores advanced nanomaterials with enhanced electrochemical properties for dopamine detection—an essential neurotransmitter—offering promising applications in medical diagnostics, biosensing technologies, and the detection of neurological disorders.
The presentation was followed by an interactive question-and-answer session, fostering meaningful academic dialogue, critical thinking, and collaborative learning among participants.
