The ceremony, organised by the Peace Society, was attended by Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Omer Chaudhry, Father James Channan, Prof Dr Babar Aziz, Dr Kalyan Singh Kalyan, teachers and students.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof Dr Omer Chaudhry said that GCU is a “mini Pakistan” where students from all parts of the country study together, and that the university does not discriminate on the basis of religion, ethnicity or language.
International students attending ceremony appreciated the friendly and inclusive atmosphere on campus.
