PPP launched campaign for the election of the chairman of Senate.

PPP launched campaign for the election of the chairman of Senate. Party already nominated Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani for the chairman of the upper house. PPP has position on top in senate with the number of 25 while it’s allies PML N and others also in support of PPP.

KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has constituted a Committee for the election of the Chairman Senate.
The Committee will comprise of Khursheed Shah, Naveed Qamar, Yousuf Raza Gilani, Raja Pervez Ashraf and Sherry Rehman.
Notification in this regard was issued from the Chairman’s Secretariat by his Political Secretary Jameel Soomro today.
