Dubai woos super rich with plans for 121 branded residences

By Fakhr Ahmad: Dubai is now the leading city globally for the development of branded residences, with the number of projects expected to rise from the current 51 to 121 in five years, indicating a growth of 137%.
Dubai ultra luxury building projects in 2014 grown by 410% from 10 to 51 by 2024 and hence seen the growth of 410%.
Projects such as Cavalli Casa by Damac, Mercedez-Benz by Binghatti, Armani Beach Residence by Arada and Bulgari Lighthouse by Meeras are prime examples.
The branded projects represent around 78% of current development projects.
