According to the weather advisory, maximum temperatures in cities including Sukkur, Shikarpur, Qambar Shahdadkot, Jacobabad, Larkana, Mohenjo Daro, Dadu, Shaheed Benazirabad, Tharparkar, Badin, Sujawal, Thatta, Hyderabad, Matiari, Tando Muhammad Khan, Umerkot, Ghotki, Khairpur, Naushahro Feroze, Mirpurkhas, Jamshoro, Sanghar, Sibi, Turbat, Panjgur, Dera Ismail Khan, Bannu, Karak, Lakki Marwat, Waziristan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan, Khanewal, Pakpattan, Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Layyah, Kot Addu, Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, and Sahiwal may reach between 47\u00b0C and 50\u00b0C, which is 4\u00b0C to 6\u00b0C above normal.<\/p>\n
On Thursday, most parts of the country are expected to remain hot and dry, while southern Punjab, plain areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and eastern and southern Balochistan are likely to experience extremely hot weather. However, during the evening and night, strong winds, dust storms, and thunderstorms with rain are expected at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, northeastern Punjab, and the Potohar region.<\/p>\n
On Friday, hot and dry weather is expected to continue in most parts of the country, with severe heat likely in Sindh, plain areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and eastern and southern Balochistan. Rain accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds is also expected at isolated places in Kashmir, northeastern Punjab, and the Potohar region during evening and night hours.<\/p>\n
