Fakhar Zaman has been formally charged by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) following an incident during a PSL match between his team, the Lahore Qalandars, and the Karachi Kings .<\/p>\n
The Incident: The charge stems from an event in the final over of the Karachi Kings’ chase. Umpires intervened after a discussion between Fakhar, captain Shaheen Afridi, and bowler Haris Rauf, during which the ball was passed between players. The umpires deemed the ball’s condition had been altered, awarded five penalty runs to the opposing team, and changed the ball .<\/p>\n
