\nRan my first half marathon in Islamabad at the Islamabad Marathon and what an experience it turned out to be.
\nThe hilly course was tough but incredibly enjoyable – challenging elevations, rewarding views, and an electric running vibe throughout.\"\"\"\"
\nFinished the distance in 2:12, felt strong and in really good running form. Honestly, on a flat course with less elevation, a half-marathon personal best was well within reach.
\nHuge appreciation for the Islamabad administration and IRU for the excellent arrangements. A memorable run in a beautiful city.
