\nA comprehensive five-day training program for faculty members and ALI staff was successfully conducted at the LLI from January 5 to January 9, 2026, aimed at enhancing teaching effectiveness, learner engagement, and the integration of modern educational practices.
\nThe training commenced on January 5 with a focus on Instructional Design and Constructive Alignment. Participants strengthened their understanding of aligning course learning outcomes with teaching strategies and assessment methods to improve student learning. Interactive microteaching sessions enabled participants to apply these principles in practice and receive constructive feedback from peers and experts.
\nOn January 6, the sessions emphasized Active Learning and Classroom Assessment Techniques. Faculty were introduced to learner-centered teaching approaches that encourage participation, collaboration, and critical thinking. Practical classroom assessment techniques were also discussed to help instructors continuously evaluate student understanding and move beyond traditional teaching methods.
