He joined Meezan Bank in 2006, later served as President and CEO of BankIslami Pakistan Limited, and rejoined Meezan Bank in 2023 as the President (Designate) and Deputy CEO.<br \/>\nFollowing the legacy of the founding CEO, Dr. Amir Ali will be responsible for steering the Bank\u2019s strategic direction and advancing its Vision of establishing \u2018Islamic banking as banking of first choice\u2026\u2019, while upholding the Bank\u2019s core values with a strong emphasis on Shariah-compliant banking, sound governance, and excellence in digital transformation.<br \/>\nHe has over two decades of experience in Islamic banking and finance, has held senior roles at A.F.
